Jessica has been teaching yoga and working with energy practices since 2010. With her background as a Shamanic Reiki Master, Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation Teacher and Embodiment Coach, Jessica guides each class with sensitivity, presence, and intention—helping students reconnect to their inner wisdom and physical vitality.

This practice blends alignment-based slow flow with organic, intuitive movement while incorporating all the elements of yoga—asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Each class helps you build strength, stability, and flexibility, while tuning into what feels best for your body in the moment. Intuitive Flow bridges structure and freedom, inviting you to move beyond a workout-based approach and into a fuller expression of yoga that balances body, mind, and spirit.

Breathwork + Sound Healing
Wednesdays • 6 PM. • Living Room Wellness Lounge (Nuts N Berries)
This class is an energetic reset for your whole system. Through conscious breathing, we open the channels of the body to release stagnant emotion and awaken clarity. The sound frequencies then wash through your field — restoring harmony, activating flow, and grounding you back into your natural rhythm. It’s like an energetic shower for your nervous system — clearing, centering, and deeply nourishing.

Fridays are ruled by Venus, which governs love, beauty, pleasure, and harmony. This is the same intuitive flow as Wednesdays, with a gentle Venus-day focus. We may explore the heart chakra energetics of self-love, gratitude, compassion, acceptance, and balance. Through yoga asanas (poses), breath, and meditation, you'll open your heart, release tension, and step into a softer, more receptive frequency — leaving you feeling more radiant in your heart and body.
