I’m Jessica — Founder of The J Way. A Shamanic Reiki Master and Intuitive Spiritual Mentor for intuitive women, leaders, and visionary souls ready to stop “fixing” and start living in deep energetic alignment.
Through a unique fusion of Intuitive Energy Healing, Human Design, mentorship, breathwork, meditation, and embodiment practices, I guide my clients through transformational journeys that reconnect them to their intuition, body wisdom, purpose, and confidence.

My Story
Like many of my clients, I spent years feeling anxious, overextended, and disconnected from my intuition. I knew there was more — I just didn’t know how to access it.
Everything shifted when I began my path with Reiki in 2013 and started listening to my body in a whole new way.
Since then, I’ve spent over a decade deepening my practice, teaching others, and weaving together Reiki, Human Design, breathwork, and spiritual mentorship into a style of guidance that’s intuitive, embodied, and energetically precise.
As a 3/5 Splenic Projector, I’ve lived it all — the trial, the error, the expansion. And now I walk with other visionaries, space holders, and intuitive leaders ready to rise into their next level — with clarity, integrity, and soul-aligned support.
