Cassie (Owner of Joiful Yoga) and Jessica (The J Way).
Step into the light of the Summer Solstice with in a ceremony of voice activation, self-expression, and radiance. Through meditation, movement, chakra toning, and an empowering activity, we will embrace the energy of the sun, stepping fully into our truth and being seen. We'll close with a Reiki activation, leaving you shining in your full brilliance.
