Through breathwork, energy activation, and women’s circle connection, you’ll reignite your creative spark, activate your body’s wisdom, and feel your glow rise from within.
Your ticket also includes a 55-minute Wellhaus Fire & Ice Experience—sauna and cold plunge—to stimulate circulation, release tension, and recalibrate your nervous system for deeper vitality and resilience, which you can schedule before the event or at a later date.

Through guided meditation, Kundalini-inspired movement, and a hands-on planting ritual, we’ll set intentions for the season ahead, symbolizing growth and new beginnings. We’ll close the journey with a reflective meditation, Reiki, and collective intention-setting, leaving you grounded, inspired, and ready to sprout.

Through sacred teachings, breathwork, sound, and energy practices, you’ll prepare your body and spirit for a guided shamanic journey — where we’ll move through the four directions to receive messages, symbols, and support from your spirit animals and the natural world.
We’ll close with a connection circle for reflection, integration, and sharing (if you feel called) — anchoring the wisdom you receive into your body and life.
