The Frequency your spirit is missing

If you’re a visionary, intuitive, or creative soul… you’ve probably spent a lot of time meditating.
And for good reason—meditation is medicine. It can regulate the nervous system, clear the mind, unlock insight,
release stored trauma, and connect you to your higher self. I practice it. I teach it. I believe in its power.

But what takes it to the next level?
Pairing it with embodied grounding.

Grounding doesn’t mean slowing down—it means plugging in.
It’s the frequency that helps you embody your vision, trust your intuition, and stay rooted as you expand.

When you’re grounded, your channel opens wider—but your energy stays steady.
You’re not just receiving insight—you’re able to hold it. Integrate it. Live it.

Collective Ascension + Earth Star Chakra:

We don’t often talk about this, but Earth is ascending.
Her vibration is rising. The elements are shifting. The collective is awakening.
And because we are nature, those upgrades are happening inside of us, too.

Which means that now, more than ever, grounding isn’t optional—it’s essential.

And I’m not just talking about standing barefoot on the ground (though that helps).
I’m talking about grounding into your Earth Star Chakra—that energy center 6–18 inches beneath your feet.

When you intentionally connect there, you stabilize your field at a deeper, more resonant frequency.
You stop floating, and you start embodying.
You stop spinning, and you start rooting.

There was a time when grounding happened naturally.

We walked barefoot. We touched the Earth. We spent more time outside, in direct relationship with the elements.
Our bodies were synced with nature because our lives were synced with nature.

But with more time indoors, more technology, more disconnection from the land…
we’ve also felt that separation within ourselves.
The grounding that once came effortlessly now requires intention.

We have to choose to connect.
We have to make space to plug back in—not just to the surface of the Earth, but deep into her energetic core.

This is where the Earth Star Chakra becomes a vital anchor point.
Because as the Earth upgrades, so do we. And we need strong roots to hold the frequency we’re here to carry.

Grounding doesn’t mean slowing down—it means plugging in.

When your energy is anchored into the Earth, your nervous system relaxes.
Your intuition sharpens.
Your voice deepens.
Your vision gets rooted—so it can actually grow.

Without grounding, you’re just hovering in the ethers.
With grounding, you become a channel—not just for information, but for integration.

Think of grounding as the energetic prep work—the way you clear static,
calm your system, and open your channel for deeper downloads.

Try these grounding practices before you meditate:

  1. Touch the Earth or your body.
Bare feet on the ground, or place your hands on your low belly or thighs.

  2. Use breath to descend.
Breathe deep into your hips and legs. Let your awareness sink downward.

  3. Say: “I belong in my body.”
This mantra alone can reset your relationship to grounded presence.

  4. Connect to your Earth Star Chakra.
Visualize a silver anchor beneath your feet dropping deep into the core of the Earth.

Your root is your power.

Don’t float above your brilliance—anchor into it.

Grounding doesn’t make you less spiritual. It makes you more integrated.
And when your vision is embodied, you become magnetic.

So yes—keep meditating.
But don’t forget to plug in first.
