You know those moments when doubt creeps in — when you don’t feel good enough, or you’re overwhelmed by emotions that feel too big to hold? When your confidence wavers, your worthiness feels like it's on trial, and you find yourself pushing, proving, or trying too hard to be seen?

That’s when fire comes in.

Fire clears. Fire strengthens. Fire reminds you that you are already worthy.


Why I Turn to Fire

If you know me, you know I work with the elements daily — not just in ceremony, but as living, breathing allies in my energetic hygiene and intuitive rituals. Fire is my go-to when I need to shake off heaviness, reconnect to my inner strength, or move through the stickier layers of emotion and self-doubt.

This element represents more than heat. It symbolizes:

Your inner Agni (sacred fire)

Your solar plexus energy — the home of confidence and identity

Your resilience and capacity to rise again

Your worthiness — just as you are

These aren’t just metaphors. Fire holds real power. It’s helped me — and so many of my clients — release patterns of pushing, proving, and perfectionism, and instead root into a more embodied, present confidence.

Daily Fire Rituals You Can Use

These aren’t hour-long practices (unless you want them to be). Fire works best in short bursts of focused intention, especially when you’re moving through emotional intensity or self-doubt.

Here are three simple ways to connect with the fire element anytime you need to shift:

1. Shake + Move
Put on a song, stomp your feet, shake your body, or do intuitive movement for 3–5 minutes. Movement stirs the fire and clears stagnation. Let it be messy. Let it be real.

2. Breath of Fire or Core Breathing
Do 3 rounds of Breath of Fire (short, sharp exhales through the nose) or slow, deep breathing into the belly with hands on your solar plexus. Feel the charge.

3. Solar Plexus Activation
Rub your palms together fast to create heat. Then place your palms over your solar plexus and say:
“I burn away doubt. I ignite my worth. I remember who I am.”
Repeat this affirmation with your breath. You can light a candle as a physical anchor, too.
