These are private, one-on-one yoga, breathwork, and meditation sessions designed for high-achievers who don’t have time to get to a studio. Sessions can take place in your home or at my space, 1–2 times per week, and are fully tailored to your schedule and goals.

Each session integrates movement, breath, energy work, and nervous system recalibration, offering a complete approach to support your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being. With 15 years of experience, I provide personalized guidance and practices designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner clarity, confidence, and strength.
