Cleansing is important for our bodies…not only from a food standpoint but our minds need cleansing too. Let’s face it, our minds are one of the culprits behind our “bad” choices. The choices that leave us stuck, unhappy, unhealthy, unmotivated etc. Our bodies, minds and spirits are all connected…our souls live inside this vessel of a body…lets take care of it…no judgements, no criticisms.
